The Overwatch Foundation (OVW), founded in 2022, is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit foundation that delivers grant-based services in cybersecurity, critical systems modernization, network and physical defense, training, and workforce development to State and local government organizations in New Hampshire and across the nation.

Cybersecurity “In a Box” Programs

  • K-12 Cybersecurity "In a Box"

    Keeping kids and school districts safe by preventing cyber emergencies.

  • .GOV "In a Box"

    Migrating NH local and State government entities to a .GOV domain to address one of New Hampshire’s top cyber vulnerabilities: impersonation and insecure email systems.

  • Drinking Water Cybersecurity "In a Box"

    Providing turnkey protection for NH drinking water systems to address one of the country’s most vulnerable critical infrastructure sectors.

  • Wastewater Cybersecurity "In a Box"

    Providing turnkey protection for NH wastewater systems to address one of the country’s most vulnerable critical infrastructure sectors.

Department of Information Technology (DoIT)

Delivering Grant-based services in cybersecurity, critical systems modernization, network and physical defense, training, and workforce development to State, local government and K-12 organizations in New Hampshire.

The Municipal Cyber Defense Program (MCDP)

A grant-based partnership between ATOM, The US Department of Homeland Security, and the NH Department of Information Technology to enhance the protection of our communities, critical infrastructure, and key resources.
