The Overwatch Foundation ("OVW"), founded in 2022 in Concord, NH, under the motto "Constant Vigilance," is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit foundation dedicated to the defense of the Homeland, the public’s trust in the State of New Hampshire, and the security of the United States Critical Infrastructure.
OVW delivers grant-based services in cybersecurity, systems modernization, network and physical defense, training, and workforce development to state, local, and federal agencies along with New Hampshire associations and government organizations.
Our foundation aims to make New Hampshire communities and our region a safer place to live, raise a family, and start a business by protecting our institutions, our competitive advantage, and by defending the systems we rely on through technology investment and education programs.
